Always there,
To take care,
Of the island above
That soared like a dove
Forever guard
The gem, no matter how hard,
Knocked villains to the ground,
Till no more were around
He was free,
Like he aught to be,
But then freedom died,
And with that we all sighed:
"His solo adventures should not end,
we want to see our true red friend,
Why did he have to leave?"
Knuckles is cancelled, it was hard to believe"
When will we see old buddy red,
Will I see him before I am dead?
He was my favorite among the rest
He was foremost, the number one, the best!
